How to remove third party apps on Facebook.

Facebook launches new bulk app removal tool in the wake of the Cambridge Analytica controversy.

Facebook has addressed users' privacy concerns by launching a new bulk third-party app removal tool.

Users were previously able to remove third party apps - but only one by one. Now you can remove as many as you like all at once with the new-look removal tool.

How to remove apps on Facebook

  1. From your Facebook News Feed, click the arrow pointing downwards at the top right and select Settings.
  2. From the left side menu, click on Apps
  3. Check the boxes of any apps you want to remove. You can see the full list of apps by  selecting Show all.
  4. Once you’ve selected all the apps you want to remove, click the blue Remove button    above.

5.You will then be asked if you want to delete all posts, photos and videos related to the           apps you’ve used. If you’re sure you want to proceed, tick the final box and click the                 blue Remove button.
